We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy rights under applicable law.
Thexrovayjrizon (the "Site," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit thexrovayjrizon.world or otherwise contact us, and it describes the rights and choices available to you under U.S. federal and state privacy laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA), the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), and other comparable state laws; the federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA); and, for visitors located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This Site is operated from, and intended for visitors located in, the United States. By using the Site you understand that your information will be processed in the United States. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through this Site and through your direct communications with us; it does not apply to information collected by any third party or third-party site that may be linked from this Site.
This Site provides general well-being and lifestyle observation content. It is not a healthcare provider, a covered entity, or a business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), and the information you submit through the Site is not "protected health information" under HIPAA. Please do not submit clinical, diagnostic, or other sensitive health information to us.
2. Personal Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information, organized using the categories defined in the CCPA/CPRA (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140):
- Identifiers — the name, email address, and (optionally) phone number you submit through the contact form, plus IP address.
- Customer records — the contents of any messages or correspondence you send to us.
- Internet or other electronic network activity — browser type and version, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, time on page, and general interactions with the Site, collected automatically through cookies and server logs (see our Cookie Policy).
- Geolocation — coarse, IP-derived location (approximate city or region only; we do not collect precise geolocation).
- Inferences — limited aggregate inferences drawn from analytics, such as general content interests, used solely to improve the Site.
We do not intentionally collect "sensitive personal information" as defined under the CPRA (such as Social Security numbers, government identifiers, precise geolocation, account credentials, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union membership, the contents of mail or messages other than what you voluntarily send us, genetic data, biometric data, or health, sex-life, or sexual-orientation information). Please do not submit such information through the Site.
3. Sources of Personal Information
We collect personal information from the following sources:
- Directly from you, when you fill out the contact form, email us, or call us;
- Automatically from your device and browser when you visit the Site (cookies, pixels, server logs); and
- From service providers (for example, analytics and content-delivery providers) that help us operate the Site.
4. How and Why We Use Personal Information
We use personal information for the following business and commercial purposes:
- To respond to your inquiries, requests, and feedback;
- To operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Site;
- To analyze how visitors use the Site (only if you consent to analytics cookies);
- To prevent fraud, abuse, malicious activity, and security incidents, and to enforce our Terms of Use;
- To comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, lawful subpoena, or other valid legal process, and to protect the rights, property, or safety of Thexrovayjrizon, our users, or the public.
For visitors located in the EEA or the UK, the legal bases for processing under the GDPR are: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for analytics cookies and for contact-form submissions; our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) in operating and securing the Site; and compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
5. How We Share Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we have not sold or "shared" (as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA) personal information in the preceding 12 months. We also do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. To the extent the use of analytics or advertising cookies could be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, we offer an opt-out via our cookie banner and via the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer, and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals.
We disclose personal information only:
- To service providers and processors acting on our behalf under written contracts that limit their use of the information to providing services to us (for example, email/hosting providers, content-delivery networks, and analytics providers);
- To comply with law or respond to lawful requests from public authorities, including to meet national-security or law-enforcement requirements;
- To protect rights, safety, and property, including detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, or harm;
- In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections; and
- With your consent or at your direction.
6. Cookies, Analytics & Online Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, measure performance, and (with your consent) perform limited analytics. The categories of cookies we use, your choices, and how to opt out are described in our Cookie Policy.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). We recognize and honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control. When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, to the extent such activities occur.
Do Not Track. Because there is no industry-standard interpretation of Do-Not-Track ("DNT") browser signals, we currently respond to GPC rather than DNT. You can also disable non-essential cookies through our cookie banner at any time.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in Section 4, or as required by applicable law:
- Contact-form submissions and related correspondence — up to 24 months from our last communication with you, unless a longer period is required by law or to defend legal claims;
- Server logs and security data — up to 12 months;
- Analytics data — up to 26 months, then aggregated or deleted; and
- Cookie-consent records — up to 13 months.
When retention periods expire, we delete or anonymize the information so that it can no longer be associated with you.
8. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, accidental loss, disclosure, or alteration. These include encrypted transmission via HTTPS (TLS), access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only, monitoring, and periodic review of our data-protection practices. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your U.S. Privacy Rights
Depending on the state in which you reside, you may have one or more of the following rights regarding personal information that we have collected about you:
- Right to know / access — confirm whether we process personal information about you and obtain a copy of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients;
- Right to correct — request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain;
- Right to delete — request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions;
- Right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" — direct us not to sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may submit this request through our cookie banner, by clicking the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer, or by emailing us. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals;
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — limit our use of any sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide our Site (we do not knowingly collect such information);
- Right to data portability — receive a copy of personal information in a portable, readily usable format;
- Right to opt out of profiling — opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects (we do not engage in such profiling);
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised a privacy right;
- Right to appeal — if we deny your request, residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and certain other states may appeal by replying to our written response within a reasonable time, and we will reconsider the request.
How to submit a request. Send a written request to request@thexrovayjrizon.world with the subject line "Privacy Request," or call us at +1 800 822 4547. We will verify your request by asking you to confirm information already on file with us. We will respond within the timeframes required by law (generally within 45 days for CCPA/CPRA requests, extendable by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary, with notice to you). You may authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of the agent's authority and verification of your identity.
10. Notice to California Residents (CCPA / CPRA & "Shine the Light")
In addition to the rights described in Section 9, California Civil Code § 1798.83 ("Shine the Light") permits California residents to request, once a year and free of charge, information regarding any disclosure of personal information to third parties for those third parties' own direct-marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct-marketing purposes.
California residents may also designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA/CPRA, as described in Section 9.
11. Notice to Nevada Residents
Nevada law (Nev. Rev. Stat. § 603A.340) allows Nevada residents to direct a business not to sell certain personal information the business has collected or will collect. We do not sell personal information as defined under Nevada law, but you may still submit a verified request by emailing request@thexrovayjrizon.world with the subject line "Nevada Privacy Request."
12. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
This Site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly delete that information. A parent or guardian who believes that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us may contact us at request@thexrovayjrizon.world to request deletion.
13. Electronic Communications, CAN-SPAM & TCPA
If you contact us, we may reply to you by email or, when you provide a phone number, by phone. We comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act of 2003: we do not send unsolicited bulk commercial email; any commercial email we may send will clearly identify itself, include our valid postal address, and provide a clear mechanism to opt out of future commercial messages. You may opt out at any time by replying with "Unsubscribe" or emailing us with that subject line. We do not initiate marketing calls or send marketing text messages without prior express written consent as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
14. International Visitors (EEA / UK)
If you access the Site from the EEA, the UK, or any jurisdiction outside the United States, please be aware that personal information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, and equivalent UK transfer mechanisms, plus supplementary measures, to provide an adequate level of protection for such transfers. EEA/UK residents also have rights under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority).
15. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to or features from third-party websites and services that we do not operate, including third-party fonts and icon CDNs. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any personal information to them.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, our services, or applicable law. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the date of the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by posting a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
